Mortgage Types

• Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) - If you'd like to save money on your monthly payments early in the mortgage term, or want to qualify for a larger loan amount so you can buy a more expensive home, consider using an adjustable-rate mortgage. Lower initial interest rates available for one, three, five or seven years.
  
• Fixed-rate mortgage - If you're looking for the security of knowing that your monthly payment will not change for the entire mortgage term, consider a fixed-rate loan. Available in a variety of repayment terms up to 40 years.
  
• Intermediate-Rate ARM - If you plan to sell or refinance your home within three, five, seven or ten years, then a low intermediate-rate ARM may be the best way to go. The rate is fixed for a specified term and then adjusts for the remainder of the loan term.
